Do you go shopping (or anywhere for that matter) with or without your phone? Why? Do you fall into any of the categories listed in the article regarding what shoppers are using their phone for while in-store (messaging/emailing a friend; comparing product prices; using social networks; checking customer reviews)? Do you have apps for particular stores on your phone? If so, which stores and why? Do you think your client, if they don’t already have an in-store app, could benefit from having one? For those whose clients have an established app, do you think it is a useful app or do changes need to be made to make it more customer friendly?
